Return Policy:
Who pays for the shipping costs?
Customer is responsible for the safe return of items in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with all tags attached. Customer also pays for the shipping of exchange items. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Is there a restocking fee?
There is never a restocking fee.
Does this store offer refunds, store credit, and/or exchanges?
We offer refunds for the value of full-priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Items that are on Sale can be returned within 10 days of purchase for Store Credit Only. Items that are considered Final Sale cannot be returned. Exchanges must be made within 10 days of date of purchase. Postmark will be considered as the date of return.
How is the refund or credit posted?
Refunds are posted back to the original payment method as soon as the merchandise is returned and inspected. Store Credits are processed on a Store Account when your return is received and examined.
Are there exceptions to the standard return policy?
Yes. Special Order items may be returned within 14 days of date of purchase for
Store Credit Only.
Matava Shoes is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
Return Policy is for online purchases only and does not apply to in store purchases.
Shipping Information:
Orders within the continental US are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service.
Shipping rates are as follows:
UPS domestic ground shipping: $14
UPS 2nd day air: $30
UPS 1 day air Determined at time of shipment and dependent upon distance.
